Strategic Re-positioning
Numerous clients have engaged PC to evaluate their company's strategic directions and then represent them in achieving additional market share. Development of concrete business plans and forecasts were key to these successes.

New Lines of Business
PC has been retained by several clients to evaluate the feasibilty of starting up a mortgage banking operation or a new line of business. This includes development of a Business Plan, the Work Flow and Technology Infrastructure, as well as, developing and implementing the Tactical Plan for initiating such activities.

Litigation Support Services
PC provides support for clients in their efforts in pursuing litigation issues.

Purchase and Sale Transactions
PC has been contracted by clients to assist in mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, servicing sales and capital raising (debt and equity). These services included valuing the company or assets to be acquired or sold, assisting in the due diligence process and participating in the bidding or negotiation process.

Financial Budgets, Forecasts and Projections
PC has conducted several analysis of historical financial performance in order to prepare a long-term business plans for purposes of presenting information to Boards of Directors, Shareholders or Prospective Investors. These business plans often included analysis of product types, projected levels of production (given a changing interest rate environment) and a growth strategy.

Compensation
PC has been elected by the CMBA to conduct the Annual Compensation Survey for the last decade. Accordingly, we have advised various clients on competitive salary and incentive pricing. Other clients have appointed us to assist in the re-vamping of job descriptions, policies, procedures and organizational structures.
